What is your return policy?
Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in sellable condition, excluding grocery products which are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact our customer service. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges follow the same process, subject to availability. Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately for resolution.

Can I change or cancel my order?
